Utah Talent - Photography

I dont know if you have noticed... but Utah is full of talent!!! We have so many gifted people living in our beloved state. I have been on this "local" kick lately, I love finding local stores etc, for everything and anything! So I have decided to make posts about some great local finds. Today I wanted to talk about a great local photographer.

When I was planning my wedding I found SO MANY great local artists. I say artists instead of photographers because I can be a photographer, I can take pictures just fine... these people make art out of the things I just take pictures of.

My most recent run in with a local artist is Lindsay Ross. Now some may say that I have a biased to her because she is family (close enough) and because she takes GORGEOUS pictures of my nieces... but the real reason I am biased is because she took pictures of our precious pooch!! haha, no really though, she does a GREAT job!! My niece's are gorgeous anyway, so that does help, but the pictures that she recently took of them are just too precious!! Also because Holly doesnt have a blog, I feel it is my duty to show off her children.. so make sure you check them out!

Biased or not, anyone with eyes can see that Lindsay has a great talent for capturing the moment. Lindsay also takes great shots for sports, weddings, and family portraits.. and I hear she may even be getting into the puppy photo shoots soon ! ;) Check out her talent for yourself!!

Titan- our Latest Addition

On Saturday night, after much anticipation, Jonathan and I welcomed the cutest lil' pup to our home!! Titan is a pure breed Boxer; and he is a ball of fun, and super cuddly. He is 7 weeks old and he is so smart already. We have only had him since Saturday night, but he is already learning so much! It is so fun to see him develop, and to see his little personality come out!! Most importantly we took him to family dinner on Sunday, and he was GREAT with all of the kids!!! THEY LOVED HIM!! Poor guy was getting attacked by all the kids, but he was so good about it. Once we got home he was out! So tired from a full day of fun!! Earlier that day My mom and Natalie came over to see him and he was playing with them too... so he really was super tired. All in all he is a great puppy, and we are so happy we were able to get him!! Titan has officially conquered our grass out back!! He totally showed it who's boss! :) Oh and the dandelions! He loves discovering his new world, but he is very cautious of the new things he tries. Its amazing how much you can instantly love things isn't it? Jonathan and I were talking about that today... it will be amazing to have kids and to feel that love for them and to constantly have it grow!! I think having the pup has made us even more excited for that! We can't wait to continue to add to our little family!... (well maybe we can wait for a little while :) )
